How to Enter

Unleash your full potential with the Metric Mate T.A.P. IN Challenge! Participants must be a paid subscriber in the Metric Mate App, and complete our 90 Second assessment to qualify.

Here's how it works:

90 Second Assessment = Our 1 exercise assessment provides a full body analysis of your fitness. 1 assessment can be done per day. Each assessment results in Power Level™ Points which are used on our Leaderboard. Assessments can be completed by purchasing your own T.A.P. Sensor or contacting one of our partners below. Whether you have a full gym, or just a kettle bell at home, T.A.P In for the WIN!

Power Level™ Points = Accumulated for every assessment you complete. These points are added up every month to declare a winner.

More assessments = More Power Level™ Points!

Your Power Level™ Score = Score from your second assessment - Baseline score from your first assessment.

Take as many assessments as you can to maximize your score!

Assessments can be done via the Metric Mate app with the TAP sensor or with any of our partners below.

 Metric Mate’s T.A.P. Assessment provides Strength and Endurance baselining so you know how your workout routine is helping you reach your goals. Go through our 2 Minute circuit and we will provide a Baseline Report that breaks down your muscular output to show you things such as Power Level, Average Force, Maximum Force, Muscular Fatigue, Peak Power, and much more. Go through the same workout for a follow up assessment. Your Progress Report will provide a comparative analysis so you know exactly how your training is helping you improve.
